摘要
目的 对针灸结合蠲痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效进行分析。方法 回顾性分析2014年12月-2015年12月于本院医治的122例神经根型颈椎病患者,按治疗方法不同设为对照组（55例）与研究组（67例）,前者予针灸治疗,后者予针灸结合蠲痹汤治疗,观察两组生活质量、临床症状及复发情况。结果 研究组生活质量与临床症状评分比对照组高（P〈0.05）;研究组复发率7.46%比对照组低23.64%（P〈0.05）。结论 针灸结合蠲痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病患者可显著缓解疼痛,降低复发率,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Juanbi Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type analysis. Methods The clinical data of 122 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different treatment method ,the patients were set to control group （55 cases） and study group （67 cases）. The former were treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, the latter were treated with acupuncture combined with Juanbi Decoction in the treatment, and the quality of life, clinical symptoms and recurrence of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the study group （7.46%） was lower than that of the control group（23.64%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Juanbi Decoction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients can significantly relieve pain, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life.
