摘要
目的:观察益气养血汤内服联合温针治疗气虚血瘀型产后痹合并少乳患者临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2013年1月至2017年1月间在本院接受治疗的气虚血瘀型产后痹合并少乳患者382例,依据随机数字表法将患者分成两组:对照组(191例)采用常规的食疗,试验组(191例)采用益气养血汤结合温针治疗;观察患者治疗的效果及出现的不良反应情况,治疗前后泌乳数量和血清泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)水平的变化情况。结果:经过治疗后,试验组患者总的有效率为95.81%,高于对照组的74.87%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清PRL含量、泌乳数量明显上升,E2含量明显下降,与治疗前对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组患者效果比对照组更优,治疗后两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有20例患者出现肠胃的不适、头晕和皮肤瘙痒等不良反应,略高于对照组的13例,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养血汤结合温针对气虚血瘀型产后痹合并少乳患者效果显著,可明显提高其乳汁的分泌数量和泌乳素含量。
Objective： Analyzing the effect and salty of using Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum paralysis patients with few milk. Methods ： From January 2013to January 2017in our hospital for treat- ment of blood stasis type of postpartum arthralgia with less milk in 382cases, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups： the controlled group （191cases） treated with conventional therapy, the experimental group （191cases） treated by Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with warming acupuncture; Observing patients with the treatment effectsand adverse reactions before and after treatment, lactation number and serum prolactin （ PRL）, estradiol （ E2 ） levels. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.81%, was higher than 74. 87% in the controlled group （P〈0.05） ; The two groups of patients with serum PRL content, lactation number was significantly increased, E2 content de- creased significantly compared with before treatment. And the effect of the experimental group than the control group was better, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment （P〈0. 05 ） ; The experimental group had 20cases of adverse reactions in patients with gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness and skin itching, slightly higher than the 13cases in the controlled group, but there was no significant difference between the groups （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on blood stasis type with less milk in patients with postpartum paralysis effect significantly, can signif- icantly improve the secretion of milk quantity and prolactin.
