摘要
目的:观察正骨理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效;方法:选取我院2017年8月~2019年8月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者90例,根据患者入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组采用传统牵引治疗方式,观察组采用正骨理筋手法治疗,比较两组治疗前后功能评分、神经症状体征评分和疼痛评分,以及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者的功能、症状体征和疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3个疗程后,两组患者的功能、症状体征和疼痛评分治疗前改善(P<0.05),且均较对照组改善(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统牵引治疗方式相比,对神经根型颈椎病患者采用正骨理筋手法治疗,可改善患者症状体征和神经功能,缓解患者疼痛程度,治疗效果显著,具有推广使用价值。
Objective:to observe the effect of bone-setting manipulation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:90 patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type admitted in our hospital on August 2017~August 2019 were divided into control group and observation group 45 cases according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with traditional traction therapy and the observation group was treated with bone-setting and tendon manipulation.The two groups were compared before and after treatment in terms of functional score,neurological symptom and sign score,pain score,and treatment effect.Results:There was no significant difference in function,symptoms and signs and pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After three courses of treatment,the function,symptoms and signs and pain score of the two groups were improved before treatment(P<0.05),all improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:Compared with traditional traction therapy,bone-setting and tendon manipulation for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients can improve the symptoms,signs and neurological functions of the patients,relieve the pain degree of the patients,the treatment effect is significant,and has the value of popularization.
