摘要
目的探讨COX-2和Gal-3在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其与癌组织浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色EliVisionTMplus两步法检测164例甲状腺乳头状癌组织和30例癌旁甲状腺组织中COX-2和Gal-3的表达状况。结果癌组织COX-2和Gal-3总体阳性表达率分别为72.6%和92.1%,显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);有浸润和有淋巴结转移者COX-2和Gal-3阳性表达率均显著高于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);癌组织COX-2与Gal-3表达呈正相关(r=0.38)。结论 COX-2和Gal-3在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中多数呈强阳性表达,两者与癌组织浸润转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expressions of COX-2 and Gal-3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their relationship with the invasion and metastasis. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and Gal-3 in 164 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 30 cases of para-tumorous tissue were studied by EliVisionTM plus two-step immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and Gal-3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were 72.6% and 92.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in para-tumorous tissue (P〈0. 05). The positive rates of COX-2 and Gal-3 expression in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis were significantly higher than those without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between COX-2 and Gal-3 expression (r=0.38). Conclusion High-level positive expressions of COX-2 and Gal-3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis.
