5种杀菌剂对蜡样芽孢杆菌生物被膜的杀灭 被引量:2

Inactivation of 5 Sanitizers on Bacillus cereus Biofilm

摘要 以常见食源性致病菌蜡样芽孢杆菌为研究对象,比较研究了5种常用杀菌剂对蜡样芽孢杆菌生物被膜的杀灭效果。结果表明,过氧乙酸对蜡样芽孢杆菌生物被膜的杀灭效果最好,其次是苯扎溴铵,随后是过氧化氢和碘消灵,次氯酸钠的杀灭效果最差。过氧乙酸及苯扎溴铵对蜡样芽孢杆菌生物被膜的杀灭效果均随杀菌剂浓度和杀灭时间的增大而增强。不锈钢片上的蜡样芽孢杆菌生物被膜经100和1 000 mg/L过氧乙酸分别作用30和15 min或100和1 000 mg/L苯扎溴铵分别作用30和20 min后,被膜活菌数均低于检测限。 With a common foodborne pathogen (Bacillus cereus) as the research objective, 5 sanitizers were used for inactivation of the B. cereus biofilm. The results showed that the efficacies of the 5 sanitizers in the inactivation of B. cereus biofilms appeared to decrease in the following order: peracetic acid, benzalkonium bromide, hydrogen peroxide approximate iodophor and sodium hypochlorite. In addition, the inactivation efficiencies of peracetic acid and benzalkonium bromide against B. cereus biofilms increased with the increasing concentrations of the disinfectants as well as the prolongation of the inactivation time. The population of B. cereus biofilm cells on stainless steel surface was less than the detection limit after inactivation by peracetic acid at 100 mg/L for 30 rain and 1 000 mg/L for 15 min, or by benzalkonium bromide at 100 mg/L for 30 min and 1 000 mg/L for 20 min.
