摘要
为了研究含尘气流中的颗粒物流速与粒径对惯性除尘器过滤效率的影响,采用Fluent软件对惯性除尘器的模型进行模拟分析。结果表明:同样的颗粒物,流速越大,惯性过滤器的过滤效果越差;固定流速为6 m/s时,粒径大于100μm的颗粒几乎全部被除尘器过滤,沉降在底面;粒径在100μm以内的颗粒部分不能被过滤;过滤物颗粒风速越大,粒径越小,则过滤效果越差。惯性除尘器适用于过滤大颗粒低流速的介质。
In order to study the effect of particle flow velocity and particle size in dusty air on the filtration efficiency of in- ertial dust separator, the model of inertial dust separator was simulated and analyzed using Fluent software. The result showed that the filtration effect of inertia filter was worse with the greater of the flow rate for the same particle. When the flow rate was 6rids, the particles with a particle size of lager than 100μ m were almost completely filtered and setting at the bottom; while par- ticles with a particle size of less than 100μm could not be filtered. The greater the wind speed was, the smaller the particle size was, the worse the filtering effect was. The inertia dust separator was suitable for the filtration of large particles with low flow velocity.
