摘要 内燃机空气滤清器的内部气固两相流动,很难用检测手段获得.建立了空气滤清器内气固两相流的流动模型,运用计算流体力学软件STAR-CD对内燃机空气滤清器内部气固两相流场进行仿真,得到了气固两相流动仿真图像.采用SIMPLE方法计算了滤清器入口部分的气相三维流场.采用Lagrange分析方法推导了分散相的控制方程,在计算气相三维流场的基础上,得出了入口处各个位置的分散相固体颗粒的运动轨迹.解决了用测试方法难以得到空气滤清器内部连续相速度、压力图和分散相分布图的问题. It is hard to detect the condition of gas--solid two--phase flow in air filter of internal combustion engine. In this paper, gas--solid two--phase flow model in air filter is established,and gas--solid two-- phase flow image is simulated. Gas--solid two--phase flow in the inlet part of air filter of internal combus tion engine is studied through CFD software STAR--CD. SIMPLE algorithm is dimensional turbulence of gas phase in the inlet part of air filter. Lagrange me the governing equations of the appli thodo spered phase. Particle track calculation of dispered --dimensional flow field simulation. The method is used to sovle the question that ed to simulate three-- logy is used to derive phase is based on three the distribution of the internal dispersed phase of air filter which can hardly be detected.
