SJ233B加香机排潮管路系统改进与清洁系统设计 被引量:3

Improvement of moisture exhausting pipeline and design of cleaning system for SJ233Bflavoring machine

摘要 为解决制丝车间当前SJ233B加香机排潮管路系统设计存在的排潮风机叶轮内部易起火、排潮管道内部易积垢,难清洁、排潮管路内部烟垢烟油掉入成品烟丝造成质量缺陷等问题,改进了原排潮管路系统并配套设计了清洁系统。利用旋风分离器原理,实现了烟尘颗粒与香精潮气流分离处理;利用手动控制清洗和PLC程序控制喷吹,实现了排潮管路的清洁控制模式。结果表明:改进后排潮管路系统起火现象未再发生;排潮管路清洁时间减少至3 min/次;按全年生产300 d计算,节约用水约424吨、用电约5256度。且该清洁系统的应用避免了排潮管路清洁时的反复拆卸和安装,杜绝了因清洗问题带来的产品质量隐患,提高了排潮系统运行的稳定性,同时保障了最终的产品质量。 For the moisture exhaustpipeline systemof current SJ233B flavoring machine in the tobacco primary processing workshop,the moisture exhaust fan impeller is easy to catch fire,and the moisture exhaust pipeline is easy to accumulate scale,which is difficult to clean,and the smoke scale and smoke oil in the moisture exhaust pipeline easily fall into the finished tobacco,causing quality defects.To this end,the original moisture exhaust piping system is improved by designing a novel cleaning system.Based on the principle of cyclone separator,the separation of soot particles and fragrance tidal air flow is realized.By using manual control cleaning and PLC program to control the blow,the cleaning control mode of the moisture exhaust pipeline is realized.The results show that the outbreak of a fire did not occur again after the improvement of the moisture exhaust pipeline system.The cleaning time of the moisture discharge pipeline was reduced to 3 min/time.Suppose the annual production days is 300 d,it saved about 424 tons of water and about 5256 degrees of electricity.Moreover,the application of the cleaning system can avoid the repeated disassembly and installation during cleaning the moisture discharge pipeline,eliminate product quality hazards caused by cleaning problems,improve the operation stability of the moisture exhaust system,thus guaranteeing the final product quality.
