摘要
石脑油储罐储油过程中存在可燃气体混合物,有爆炸事故发生的可能性。为了避免此类事故的发生,利用蒸气压测定仪和爆炸极限测试仪分别考察了不同温度石脑油储罐中轻、重、混3种组分的饱和蒸汽压和常温常压下石脑油蒸汽爆炸极限以及极限氧含量。结果表明,3种试样的饱和蒸汽压均随着温度的升高而增大。特别是试样3,在测试温度为35℃和40℃时,饱和蒸气压值分别为91.3kPa和105.7kPa,超过"储罐安全运行指导意见"要求的88kPa。且3种试样挥发分爆炸极限范围内的LOC值分别为8.2%、7.7%和9.4%。为严格控制罐内氧含量、采用储罐氮封技术、防止爆炸事故发生提供了可靠的理论依据和一定技术支持,具有重要的现实意义。
Naphtha storage tanks contain a mixture of combustible gas,which possibly cause explosion accidents.In order to avoid such accidents,the saturated vapor pressure of three samples(light,weight,mixed)in naphtha storage tanks were measured in different temperature by ERAVAP,the explosion limit and limiting oxygen concentration of naphtha steam were tested under normal temperature and pressure by explosion test apparatus.The results showed that the temperature increase had caused a significant increase of the saturated vapor pressure in the three samples.Particularly sample three,saturated vapor pressure values were separately 91.3kPa and 105.7kPa at the test temperature 35 ℃ and 40 ℃,which were more than the tank safe operation guidance requirements-88 kPa.And the LOC value of three samples volatile were 8.2%,7.7% and 9.4%in the explosive limit range.The results provide a reliable theoretical basis and some technical support to strictly control of oxygen content of a tank,use tank blanketing technology,and prevent the explosion,all of which have important practical significance.
