摘要
本文分析了油气开发生产过程中不同条件下硫化亚铁的自燃机理,简单介绍了传统的硫化亚铁阻燃方法,重点描述了化学清洗法及清洗剂的使用条件,针对生产设施检修提出了硫化亚铁的预防措施,对于日常维修和大修过程中防止硫化亚铁自燃导致的安全事故具有积极的指导作用。
This paper analyzes the spontaneous combustion mechanism of ferrous sulfide under different conditions in the development process of oil and gas, and makes a simple introduction of the traditional flame retardant method of the ferrous sulfide, also illustrates the chemical cleaning method and the usage conditions of the detergent, puts forward the prevention measures of the ferrous sulfide during the production facilities maintenance, which plays a directive function for preventing the ferrous sulfide spontaneous combustion accident in the daily and overhaul maintenance.
