正交实验优选硫化亚铁阻燃剂及阻燃机理探讨

Optimal Selection of Ferrous Sulfide Flame Retardant by Orthogonal Experiment and Study on Its Flame Retardant Mechanism

摘要 以重油、阻燃试剂和表面活性剂组成加氢催化剂回收过程使用的硫化亚铁阻燃剂,并采用DSC/TGA热分析仪考察其阻燃效果。此方法具有操作简单、样品用量少、结果准确等优点。通过正交实验设计,讨论了阻燃剂各组分的配比。实验结果表明,最佳阻燃配方为:RF09、RF10、RF11、BJ02和BJ04,用量依次为重油用量的0.2%、0.3%、0.3%、0.2%和0.1%。此外,深入探讨了阻燃剂阻燃机理。 A fire retardant used for the hydrogenation catalyst recovery process is developed, whose main components are heavy oil, antioxidants and surfactants. The DSC/TGA thermal analyzer is used to inspect its flame retardant properties. This method has the advantage of convenient, accurate, and only needing a small amount of samples. The ratio of each component is discussed through orthogonal experiment, and the results indicate that the flame-resistant formula is best when the amount of RF09, RF10, RF11, BJ02 and BJ04 is 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.3%, 0.2% and 0.1% of heavy oil respectively. In addition, flame retardant mechanism of the fire retardant is discussed.
