摘要
以FANUC系统数控车床为例,对含抛物线及椭圆轮廓的非圆曲线类数控车削零件如何用宏程序来加工的设计思路及简化程序编制原理等进行了具体分析。在数控车削加工中,宏程序使用变量、算术、逻辑运算及循环语句等方法,能够编制传统数控编程无法实现的非圆曲线类零件的加工,其变量编程方式增加了应用对象的灵活性,使程序简化,减轻编程人员劳动强度,大大增强了数控机床的使用功能。
A FANUC NC lathe was taken as an example,how to use macro program to process the non-circular curve of parabolic and elliptic contour class parts by CNC turning,and simplify the programming principle were analyzed.In the numerically controlled turning,using macro program can achieve the non-circular curve parts processing,and reduce the labor intensity and enhance the working efficiency.
