摘要
数控车床宏程序的应用为椭圆等曲面的加工提供了方便,但是编写程序时,变量的设定和定量的计算,必须准确。在此以数控系统FAUNC 0i Mate为例,介绍用极坐标方程编制椭圆加工宏程序的变量设定方法和计算过程。
The macro program applied in ellipse turning on numerical lathe has get machining convenient. But the variable and invariant must be accurate in programming. Has a example about FAUNC Oi Mate numerical system, which introduces the variable setting and calculating process in programming with polar coordinate to machine ellipse.
