摘要
简要介绍了宏程序的概念、数学模型的选择、椭圆轮廓的实现方法和椭圆轮廓仿形加工原理。根据粗、精加工的不同情况,举例编制了相对应的数控加工程序,此方法适用于所有二次曲线的仿形加工。
The concept of macro programs,the selection of a mathematical model,the method of ellipse contour in numerical control programming,and the profile machining principle of ellipse contour are introduced briefly in this paper.Various numerical control programs for rough profile machining and finish profile machining are developed using macro programs.This method can be used for the contour of all types of conic.
