IL-21在病毒感染性疾病中的免疫调节效应的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 白细胞介素21（Interleukin 21,IL-21）是近年来发现的具有多种生物学功能的新型细胞因子,人IL-21基因定位于4q26-q27（ID：59067）,包含5个外显子,是由133个氨基酸组的多肽类活性蛋白质。主要是由活化的CD4^＋T（主要是Th2）细胞、NKT细胞及树突状细胞分泌。IL-21与IL-2,IL-4,IL-7,IL-9,和IL-15等具有高度同源性,同属于I型细胞因子超家族。
