白细胞介素21在类风湿关节炎患者血清中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)21在类风湿关节炎患者血清中的表达情况。方法通过酶联免疫吸附法检测32例类风湿关节炎患者及30例健康对照者血清IL-21水平;分析IL-21水平与类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白间的相关性。结果与对照组相比,类风湿关节炎患者血清IL-21水平明显升高(P<0.05)。血清IL-21与类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白均有相关性(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-21可能与类风湿关节炎的发生发展相关。
