摘要
研究无砂浆再生混凝凝土砌块的基本力学性能,将再生骨料百分百替代天然骨料,为建筑垃圾再利用提供了借鉴。通过对采用连续级配的3类15组不同类型不同配合比的45块再生混凝土标准立方体块进行抗压试验,得到合理的水灰比。进而制作3类3组18块新型无砂浆再生混凝土砌块并对其进行抗压强度和抗折强度试验。通过抗压和抗折强度试验,得到了新型无砂浆再生混凝土砌块的抗压、抗折强度和破坏机理,进而得到了一系列关于该类砌块抗压、抗折强度取值的结论。探讨了再生混凝土制作新型无砂浆混凝土砌块的可行性。
The basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks were studied. In this block,recycled aggregate replaces natural aggregate totally, which provides references for construction waste recycling.Compression tests were conducted on 45 pieces of recycled concrete standard cube blocks with 15 groups of 3 different kinds and mix proportions using continuous grading in division,and appropriate water-cement ration was gained. Further,compression tests and bending tests on 18 pieces of new type recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks with 3 groups of3 kinds were preceded. Through compression and bending tests,the compression and bending strength and failure mechanism of new type recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks were obtained. Besides,a series of conclusions related to the compression and bending strength of this type of blocks were gained. The feasibility of making new type concrete mortarless blocks by recycled aggregate concrete was discussed.
