摘要 混凝土抗压强度检测装置是一种运用于混凝土检测的新型设备,该装置包括顶板、顶部压板、钢立柱、底部压板、液压设备导线、液压缸、液压杆、顶紧槽、混凝土试块、垫板、压力计、压力计导线、电脑控制台、试块卡槽、压力计卡槽、导线槽和导线输出口。其主要创新点在于一次性对批量混凝土试块进行抗压强度试验,与现有的混凝土抗压强度检测装置(主要是针对单试块试验)相比,大大提升了工作效率。该装置结构简单,在传统油压机的基础上进行改进即可实现一次性对多块混凝土试块进行抗压强度试验的功能,实用性较强。目前,在国内混凝土检测领域拥有广阔的发展前景和应用价值。 Concrete compressive strength testing device is a new type of equipment used in concrete detection.The system includes roof,top pressing plate,steel column,bottom pressing plate,hydraulic equipment wire,hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic rod,jacking groove,concrete test block,base plate,pressure gauge,pressure gauge wire,computer console,test block clamping slot,pressure gauge slot,wire slot and wire output port.Its main innovation lies in the one-time compressive strength test of batch concrete blocks.Compared with the existing concrete compressive strength detection devices mainly aiming at single block test,the work efficiency is greatly improved.The structure of the device is simple,and it can be used to test the compressive strength of several concrete blocks at one time by improving the traditional hydraulic press.At present,it has a broad development prospect and application value in the field of concrete detection in China.
