摘要
利用实验室中检测用混凝土试块破碎所得骨料作为粗骨料,并分别以25%、50%、75%及100%的百分比掺入配制不同水灰比的再生混凝土,进行立方体抗压强度试验。对应每组配合比做3个试块,共60个立方体试块。结果表明,废弃骨料掺入量和水灰比是影响再生混凝土抗压强度的重要因素。最后通过数据回归拟合出适用于再生混凝土的配合比设计公式。
The cube compression strength experiment was performed with the recycled concrete made with the coarse aggregate, which was obtained from the concrete used in the laboratory. The recycled concrete has different recycled coarse aggregate preparation ratio (25%, 50%,75% and 100%) and the water-cement ratio. Three test blocks were mode out in each corresponding group of the mix proportion, and the total is 60 cubic test blocks. The result shows that the recycled coarse aggregate preparation and the water-cement ratio have remarkable influence on the compression strength. The fitting formula used in the mix proportion design of the recycled concrete was obtained by data regression,
