摘要
秸杆还田机刀轴转速较高 ,为了减振 ,我们对其刀片排列提出“均力免震假设” ,建立刀辊平衡方程 ,进行编程求解。并运用VisualBasic 6 .0开发出刀片排列软件 ,利用该软件 ,能方便地对秸杆还田机刀片进行优化排列 ,同时还能对现有机型的刀片排列进行平衡检测 ,为其优化设计提供了方便的工具和理论依据 。
The speed of the rotatory axis of field straw chopper is high. In order to reduce the vibration, the authors have put forward 'the hypothesis of non-vibrating array ', built the balance formula of the knife roller, and worked out the corresponding programs to get the answer. Finally, the author have developed the software of knife-array with Visual Basic 6.0. By the software, it is easy to optimize the knife-array and test the equilibrium of field straw chopper. The software also provides the convenient tools and theoretical basis for the design of the field straw chopper. The software lays the primary foundation of further research in the future.
