摘要
从螺旋输送机叶片制法开始对螺旋输送机进行合理简化,得到效率最优时螺距计算的理论模型。从摩擦学理论出发,推导出螺旋输送机的效率优化公式。选用适当的数学手段,计算出常用的螺旋输送机在效率优化后的螺距,对螺旋输送机螺距优化前后的效率进行了比较。对螺旋输送机效率最优时的螺距进行数据处理,用最小二乘法拟合出效率最优时螺距计算的通用计算公式。
The optimized formula of efficiency of screw conveyors were derived,which is based on the principle of friction theory and the analysis of the conveyor configuration.The efficiency of five kinds of the machine used in different conditions were caculated.According to the optimized results and by using the math method,this paper gives the general formula for deciding the optimized screw pitch in screw conveyors under different conditions.
