摘要
目的分析尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断作用。方法选取2013年3月~2015年10月我院收治的108例糖尿病早期肾损伤患者作为实验组,另选取同一时间段的108例健康体检者作为常规组,对两组受检者均进行尿糖与尿微量白蛋白检测,比较两组受检者的尿糖、尿微量白蛋白含量,分析其与早期肾损伤间的联系。结果实验组:尿糖、尿微量白蛋白含量分别为(3.13±1.30)mmol/L与(39.20±7.62)mg/L;常规组:尿糖、尿微量白蛋白含量分别为(1.18±0.51)mmol/L与(16.75±2.60)mg/L。比较两组患者尿糖值可知,P值为0.001,T值为14.512;比较两组患者尿微量白蛋白可知,P值为0.001,T值为28.977。比较两组受检者的上述指标值差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验方式可用于临床上对糖尿病早期肾损伤患者的鉴别诊断,并依据检查结果对患者的病情进行全面评估,有利于疾病的诊断与治疗。
Objective To analyze the effect of urine sugar and urine microalbumin test on the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes. Methods From March 2013 to October 2015, 108 cases of patients with early renal damage in diabetes in our hospital were selected as experimental group, 108 cases of healthy check-up at the same period were selected as normal group, two groups of subjects were accepted about urine sugar and urine trace albumin detection, to compare the level of glycosuria and urine microalbumin about two groups, analyzes the relationship with early renal damage. Results The experimental group: the level of glycosuria and urine microalbumin were respectively(3.13±1.30) mmol/ L and(39.20±7.62) mg/L; Conventional groups: The experimental group: the level of glycosuria and urine microalbumin were respectively(1.18±0.51) mmol/L and(16.75±2.60) mg/L. Comparing the glucose values about two groups, the value of P was 0.001, the value of T was 14.512; To compare the value of urine trace albumin about two groups, the value of P was 0.001, the value of T was 28.977. Comparing the above indexes about two groups, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion According to the results of the examination of the patient's condition for a comprehensive assessment, the method of urine and urine microalbumin test was used for clinical diagnosis of early renal injury patients in diabetes, which had good effects on diagnosis and treatment of disease.
