摘要
目的探讨尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断作用。方法于2017年3月至2018年3月,选取笔者所在医院收治的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者50例纳入研究组,另选择同一时间段在本院行健康检查的受检者50例纳入常规组。所有患者均进行尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验。统计分析两组尿糖水平、尿微量白蛋白水平以及联合诊断的准确性、敏感性、特异性。结果研究组尿糖(3.1±1.9)mmol/L、尿微量白蛋白水平(37.8±7.9)mg/L明显高于常规组(1.3±0.4)mmol/L、(17.1±3.3)mg/L,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白检验的准确率94.00%、敏感度88.00%、特异度为60.00%。结论临床对糖尿病早期肾损伤进行诊断时,尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验的价值较高,有利于临床全面评估患者病情并进一步诊治。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic function of combined detection of urine sugar and urinary albumin in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 50 cases of early diabetic kidney injury admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were included in the study group,another 50 patients who underwent health examination in our hospital in the same period were included in the routine group.All patients were tested for urine glucose and microalbuminuria.The levels of urine sugar,microalbuminuria and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results The level of urine sugar (3.1±1.9) mmol/L and urine microalbuminuria (37.8±7.9) mg/L in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (1.3±0.4) mmol/L and (17.1±3.3) mg/L,and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).The accuracy rate of urine glucose combined with microalbuminuria was 94.00%,sensitivity 88.00% and specificity 60.00%.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury,the combined test of urine sugar and urine microalbumin is of high value,it is beneficial to the comprehensive evaluation of the patients' condition and further diagnosis and treatment.
