摘要
以芥菜型油菜DB3的下胚轴和子叶为外植体研究了不同浓度的AgNO3在油菜转化体系中的作用。结果表明AgNO3对于油菜下胚轴和子叶芽的分化是必须的 ,但是当AgNO3浓度超过某一临界值时又抑制愈伤组织的形成和外植体芽的分化。结果还发现未被农杆菌处理的外植体芽的分化所需的AgNO3最适宜的浓度为 2 0 μmol/L ,而被农杆菌处理过的外植体其分化所需的最适宜浓度增加为 30 μmol/L。
Effects role of AgNO 3 of different concentration were investigated by using Brassica juncea DB 3 hypocotyl and cotyledon The results showed that,AgNO 3 is requsite for shoots differentiation of hypocotyl and cotyledon But callus and shoots differentiation were inhibited when AgNO 3 concentration was more than one critical Further,the frequency of shoots differentiation were highest when the medium supplemented with 20 μmol/L and 30 μmol/L AgNO 3 before and after treating with Agrobacterium tumefaciens,respectively
