摘要
农村寄宿制学校已经成为我国农村地区重要的办学模式,留守儿童是学校的主要生源。这类学校的教育职能在不断扩大,家庭教育部分功能正在被学校所承担。在学校教育职能必须发生转变的现实要求下,核心职能是通过创设适合农村寄宿制学校实际的学校文化育人环境,使学校育人内涵更加深刻。同时还需要有效发挥学校内部的专业职能、一般职能以及与农村社区关系密切的管理职能等系统作用。
The rural boarding school has become the important school running mode in the countryside of our country,and the leftover children are the main source of these schools.The educational function of such schools is expanding,and some family education function is being undertaken by these schools.Under the request by the fact that the school function should be transformed,the core function is to create an environment for the schools to educate students with culture,which conforms to the actual situation of rural boarding schools,making the schools＇education connotation more profound.At same time,the system functions of schools,such as professional functions,general functions and management functions closely related to rural communities should come into play.
