摘要
目的 探讨脂联素（APN）与肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）在子痫前期（PE）发病患者胎盘组织中的表达水平及意义。方法 选取2014年2月-2015年4月本院收治的35例PE患者作为观察组,选取同期在本院进行体检的35例健康晚期妊娠妇女作为对照组,采用放射免疫分析法对两组胎盘组织中的APN、TNF-α表达情况进行检测,并对胎盘组织中APN与TNF-α的相关性进行分析。结果 观察组胎盘组织中的APN阳性表达显著低于对照组,TNF-α表达显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组中的APN表达与TNF-α呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论 胎盘组织中的APN与TNF-α表达对PE患者病情的发展起到一定作用。
Objective To explore.the expression level and significance of adiponectin （APN） and tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-a） of placental tissues in onset of patients with pre-eclampsia （PE）. Methods 35 cases with PE in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the observation group,and another 35 healthy pregnant women de- veloped underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The level of APN,TNF-a in placental tissues of the research subjects in the two groups were detected by radio immunoas- say,and the relationship between the APN and TNF-a level in the two groups was analyzed. Results The expression level of APN in placental tissues in.the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the TNF-a level in the observation goup was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The expression level of APN in the study group was negatively correlated with the level of TNF-a （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of APN and TNF-a in placental tissue play a certain role in the disease development of PE.
