摘要
目的探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中脂氧素受体(ALX-R)、5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)的mRNA表达及其意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测30例子痫前期组患者(重度20例,轻度10例)和正常妊娠孕妇(20例,对照组)胎盘组织中ALX-R mRNA、5-LOX mRNA、IL-1βmRNA的表达情况。结果(1)与轻度组、对照组比较,重度组ALX-R mRNA表达降低,5-LOX mRNA和IL-1βmRNA表达增高(P<0.05);而轻度组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)重度组与对照组胎盘组织ALX-R mRNA与IL-1βmRNA、5-LOX mRNA表达水平呈负相关关系(P<0.05),重度组、轻度组与对照组胎盘组织中5-LOX mRNA与IL-1βmRNA表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期胎盘组织中ALX-R表达减少,5-LOX和IL-1β表达增高,提示3者可能参与子痫前期的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the mRNA expressions of lipoxin A4 receptor（ALX-R）,5-lipoxygenase （5-LOX） and interleukin-1β（ IL-1β） in placenta tissues of patients with preeclampsia ,and to explore the clinical sig-nificance of the mRNA expressions .Methods RT-PCR was used to detect mRNA expressions of ALX-R,5-LOX,IL-1βin placenta tissues of 30 patients with preeclampsia （ including 20 cases of severe preeclampsia and 10 cases of mild preeclampsia ） and 20 normal pregnant women （ control group ） .Results ① Compared with mild preeclampsia group and control group ,the mRNA expression of ALX-R was lower in severe preeclampsia group while the mRNA ex-pressions of 5-LOX and IL-1βwere higher（P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in the mRNA expressions of ALX-R,5-LOX and IL-1βbetween mild preeclampsia group and control group （P〉0.05）.②The expression levels of ALX-R mRNA negatively correlated with the expression levels of IL-1βmRNA,5-LOX mRNA in severe preeclampsia group and control group （P 〈0.05）.The expression of 5-LOX mRNA positively correlated with the expression of IL-1βmRNA in severe preeclampsia group as well as in mild preeclampsia group and control group （ P〈0 .05 ） . Conclusion The expression of ALX-R decreases while the expressions of 5-LOX and IL-1βincrease in placenta tis-sues of preeclampsia ,which suggests that ALX-R,5-LOX and IL-1βmay play an important role in the development of preeclampsia .
