摘要
本文阐述了大功率硬齿面平行轴减速器设计的总体思路及过程:以中心距分配与确定作为传动比分配的先决条件;传动比分配与确定作为齿轮传动设计的主线;以润滑方式选择作为轴和轴上零件结构设计的前提;以键的选择和轴承寿命作为轴的结构尺寸的设计依据;以减速器受力情况作为轴强度校核的原则。
This paper describes the high-power parallelshaft Hardened reducer design ideas and processes. In orderto determine the distribution and center distance as the gearratio prerequisite allocated distribution and transmission ratiodetermined as gear design of the main line; to lubricate the shaftand the mode selection as a precondition for the structural design ofthe shaft parts; to select and bearing life as the key axis structuraldimensions of the design basis; reducer to the forces as a principleshaft strength check.
