摘要
本文通过对φ2200弹簧圆锥破碎机调整装置进行改进,采用液压马达驱动大小圆弧齿轮,实现圆锥破碎机连续调整,代替了推动缸推动防尘罩上凹槽的间断调整方式。使排矿口调整更为简易、安全,还能实现自动控制,同时更换轧臼壁更容易、方便、安全。
By the improvement in adjustment device of φ2200 spring cone crusher,and by using a hydraulic motor to drive the driving gear and driven gear,achieved continuous adjustment style to cone crusher while take the place of intermittent adjustment style,which the hydro-cylinder drive the recess on dust-proof cover.It＇s easier and safer to gape adjustment.it can also achieve automatic control.For cone liner,it＇s more easier,convenient and safer to change.
