摘要
采用柔性不饱和聚酯树脂对环氧乙烯基酯树脂进行改性,同时合理选用引发剂和阻聚剂,添加复合型催干剂等制备了一种JF310H_2低温快固化绝缘浸渍树脂,并与国外同类树脂进行性能对比。结果表明:该浸渍树脂具有黏度适中、低温快固化(120℃/2 h)、节约能源和工时等特点,树脂固化后粘结强度高,韧性好,特别适用于高速旋转电机的定子、转子的绝缘处理,以及普通F、H级电机、变压器等的绝缘浸渍处理。
Flexible unsaturated polyester resin was used to modify epoxy vinyl ester resin, and a JF310H_2 low temperature fast-curing insulated impregnating resin was prepared through selecting proper initiator and inhibitor and adding compound drier. Its properties were compared with foreign similar resin. The results show that the resin has moderate viscosity and can fast cure at low temperature(120 ℃/2 h),saving resources and time. The cured resin has high adhesive strength and good toughness, which is suitable for the insulation treatment of stators and rotors for high-speed rotary motors especially, as well as the insulation impregnating treatment of ordinary class F, H motors and transformers.
