A new class F solventless impregnating varnish which can be cured completely in 120~140℃ for 1~2h is introduced in this paper.It is made of a epoxy unsaturated polyester、styrene、TMA crosslinker、TE crosslinking accelerant、free radical initiating agents and so on.It has long pot-life in ambient temperature、fast curing rate in baking temperature and other good impregnating processabilities.The electric insulating properties、adhesive strength、solvent resistance of the varnish were measured.It is applyable for all kinds of class E^F small motors,fractional-horsepower motors,special motors and electric-supply transformers.
