摘要
目的以《现代针灸病谱》所列针灸适宜病种作为研究对象,研究针灸处方穴位配伍方法的基本规律。方法在查阅整理文献的基础上,建立针灸处方穴位配伍的统计表,分析远近配穴法、局部配穴法以及其他配穴方法的使用数量和频率。结果共纳入疾病病谱16大类252种,使用远近配穴法的针灸处方占处方总数的57%;16类疾病均采用了远近配穴法,除个别全身性疾病,使用远近配穴法的频率超过60%。结论《现代针灸病谱》中远近配穴是最常用的配穴方法,是临床腧穴配伍最基本的配穴方法之一,其在运动系统、神经系统、消化系统、泌尿和生殖系统中被运用最多。局部配穴法虽然应用较少且应用范围较小,但可作为远近配穴法在某些方面不足的有力补充。
Objective Taking the diseases listed in Modern Diseases Menu of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy as the subjects,to study the rules of acupoints compatibility. Methods Based on searching the literature,the tables of acupoints compatibility in acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were completed. From the tables,the number of times and frequency of distal-proximal points combination,local combination and other combination were analyzed. Results Altogether 16 categories of 252 diseases were included. The prescription of distal-proximal points combination accounted for 57%of all the prescriptions. Except for a few systemic diseases,the distal-proximal points combination was found in the prescription applied in the 16 categories of diseases with the frequency more than 60%.Conclusion In the book of Modern Diseases Menu of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy,the distalproximal points combination,one of the basic acupoints combinations,was also the most common method,with the most widely application in treating the diseases of musculoskeletal system,nervous system,digestive system and urogenital system. By contrast,local combination was applied in a limited scope with less application,but can be used as the supplement for the distal-proximal points combination.
