摘要
目的:观察电针对关节镜下肩袖修复术后肩关节疼痛及功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析在河北医科大学附属邢台市人民医院进行关节镜下肩袖修复术的患者,根据术后是否进行电针治疗分成两组,试验组80例采用电针治疗配合常规康复锻炼,对照组82例只进行常规康复锻练。分别于术前(T0)、术后6周电针治疗前(T1)、术后12周电针治疗结束后(T2)、末次随访时(T3)记录两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国肩肘医师协会评分(ASES)、简明肩关节功能测试(SST)、Constant评分及治疗相关不良反应。结果:两组患者在T0、T1时各项指标差异无统计学意义。T2时,试验组VAS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。T2和T3时,试验组ASES、SST、Constant评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生治疗相关的严重并发症。结论:电针配合常规康复锻炼对关节镜下肩袖修复术后肩关节疼痛缓解及功能恢复安全有效。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of electro-acupuncture after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods:Patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in Xingtai People’s Hospital,Hebei Medical University Affiliated Hospital were retrospectively reviewed.Patients were divided into 2 groups according to whether electro-acupuncture had been used after operations,electro-acupuncture group(80 cases)received combined electro-acupuncture and standardized physical exercise,the control group(82 cases)received standardized physical exercise alone.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),American Shoulder and elbow Surgeons scores(ASES),simple shoulder test scores(SST),Constant scores and complications were compared between the two groups before operation(T0),at 6-week follow-up before electro-acupuncture(T1),12-week follow-up after electro-acupuncture(T2)and the end of follow-up(T3)respectively.Results:There was no statistic difference between 2 groups at T0 and T1.In electroacupuncture group,the VAS,scores were significantly lower than that in the control group at T2(P<0.05).In electro-acupuncture group,the ASES,SST,Constant scores were significantly higher than that in the control group at T2 and T3(P<0.05).No severe complication was found during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with standardized physical exercise is an effective and safety treatment for improving pain and functional scores after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
