摘要
随着互联网发展应运而生的OTO电子商务模式,在各行业的渗透,使信息和实物之间、线上和线下之间的联系变得愈加紧密。介绍了OTO的发展概况,阐述了线上服务在图书馆工作中的应用,论述了不可替代的实体图书馆线下服务,指出线上线下是互为补充、缺一不可的一体化服务。
With the infiltration of OTO e-commerce model in various industries, which has emerged with the development of Internet at the historical moment, making the connection between the information and material, online service and offline service become more closely. This paper introduces the development status of OTO, expounds the application of online service in the library, discusses the entity library＇s irreplaceable offline service, and points out that both online service and offline service of the library are complementary and indispensable integrated services.
