摘要
目的调查大型专业体检机构微信公众平台的应用现状,为微信公众平台在大型专业体检机构的应用和完善提供借鉴。方法采用网络调查法,于2016年1月至2017年6月对大型专业体检机构微信公众平台的应用情况进行调查,分析微信公众平台的服务模式、互动方式、各级菜单内容、更新速度情况等。结果 119家获得"全国健康管理示范基地"称号的大型专业体检机构中,有43家(仅占36. 13%)开通了微信公众平台,其中31家(72.09%)为服务号服务模式,12家(27.91%)为订阅号服务模式;大部分大型专业体检机构微信公众平台(83.72%)使用了菜单栏目开发功能,菜单内容主要提供体检机构简介、健康体检、体检报告等方面的信息;在健康知识更新速度方面,约79. 1%的大型专业体检机构能坚持推送消息长达半年,但仅9. 3%能坚持每月规律推送消息。结论大型专业体检机构微信公众平台发展重点在于健康体检,但对于健康体检后续的健康管理服务涉及不足。
Objective To investigate the application status of WeChat public platform in large-scale medical insti- tutions, and to provide reference for the improvement of WeChat public platform in large-scale medical institutions. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, the application of WeChat public platform in large-scale medical institutions was investigated. The service mode, interactive mode, menu contents at all levels and update speed of WeChat public platform were analyzed. Results Among 119 large-scale professional health examination institutions, 43 (only 36. 13% ) of them opened WeChat public platform, of which 31 (72.09%) were service number service mode, 12 (27. 91% ) were subscription number service mode, and most of the large-scale professional health examination institutions (83.72%) developed menu service. In terms of the update speed of health knowledge, about 79. 1% of the large professional health examination institutions could release news for half a year, but only 9. 3% could release news regularly every month. Conclusion The development of WeChat public platform for large-scale professional physical examination institutions is focused on health examination, but health management service after health examination is insufficient.
