摘要
目的 :观察负压吸引在单纯胆囊切除术中微小胆漏的治疗作用。方法 :对 2 2例术中发现微小胆漏患者 Winslow孔附近置负压 (- 4～— 6 k Pa)引流管引流 ,直至肛门排气排便 ,2 4h引流量小于 5 m l即拔管。结果 :全部病例均未出现胆汁性腹膜炎 ,如期治愈出院。结论
Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of negative pressure suction drainage on micro bile leakage during cholecystectomy.Methods:22 cases of micro bile leakage found during operation were accepted negative pressure(ranging from-4 to-6kPa)suction drainage beside Winslows hole.Drainage were terminated once normal gastrointestinal movements resumed and drainage liquids quantities were less than 5ml per 24 hours.Results:None was found bile peritonitis in all cases ,and all were discharged as planned.Conclusion:The negative pressure sunction drainage methods are desirable in treatment of micro bile leakage during cholecystectomy.
