摘要 棘突间撑开器(ISP)植入术是一种脊柱内固定技术,在治疗腰椎退行性疾病中取得一定效果,然而目前对ISP的临床应用仍存争议。该文以常用ISP为主,从腰椎退行性疾病的发病机制、ISP的生物力学原理和临床应用状况及术后并发症等方面阐述ISP的研究进展及存在的一些争议。
