摘要
选用羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PMDS)、MQ硅树脂和正硅酸乙酯为A组分,二丁基二月桂酸锡、钛酸丁酯和硼酸三丁酯为B组分,在室温条件下2组分混合固化交联.利用单因素试验得到各因素对有机硅胶粘剂粘接性强度的影响趋势;再以邵氏A型硬度计测试的硬度值和硫化橡胶与金属粘接的拉伸剪切强度为正交试验指标,分析得出影响胶粘剂固化的因素.综合性能较好的RTV-2硅橡胶的固化体系配方:107胶25g,MQ硅树脂2.5g,正硅酸乙酯2g,钛酸丁酯0.75g,硼酸三丁酯0.75g,二丁基二月桂酸锡0.375g.MQ硅树脂的加入能够提高RTV-2硅橡胶的硬度,钛酸丁酯的用量对硅橡胶与金属粘接的剪切强度影响最大.
In this paper,the hydroxy-terminated PMDS,MQ silicone resin and TEOS were chosen as part A,and the dibutyltin dilaurate,tetrabutyl titanate and tributyl borate were used as part B.At room temperature,the cross-linking solidity was occurred by mixing A and B.The factors influencing on the adhesion strength of organic silicone adhesive were obtained by single factor experiment.Shore A hardness values and vulcanized rubber to metal bonding tensile shear strength were used as orthogonal test indicators,to determine the influence factors of curing silicone rubber adhesive.Experimental results show that the better overall performance of RTV-2can be made from 25 g 107gum,MQ silicone resin 2.5g,TEOS 2g,tetra-n-butyl 0.75 g,tributyl borate 0.75 g,dibutyl tin dilaurate 0.375 g.MQ silicone resin can be supplemented with RTV-2silicone resin.The amount of tetrabutyl titanate to the adhesive properties of silicone rubber was the biggest one of effect factors.
