摘要
测试了以不同pH值107硅橡胶为原料制得的缩合型双组分室温硫化(RTV-2)有机硅密封胶的物理性能。结果表明:随着107硅橡胶pH值的降低,缩合型RTV-2有机硅密封胶的拉断时间缩短,硬度变化不大,贮存一段时间后的挤出性变差,拉伸粘接性下降,湿热稳定性变差。
The physical properties of condensed RTV-2 silicone sealant prepared with different kinds of α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane with different pH values were tested.The results indicated that with the pH values of α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane adhesive decreased,the breaking time of condensed RTV-2 silicone sealant shortened,performance of tensile bonding declined,extrusion properties weakened after stored for some time,hardness changed little and damp heat stability declined.
