摘要 羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷 (PDMS)在过氧化物的存在下与甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)和丙烯腈 (AN)进行接枝聚合 ,研究了共聚物的红外光谱以及不同固化体系对接枝共聚物力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,接枝共聚物的力学性能均明显得到改善。当AN用量低时用KH -5 5 0或KH -5 60固化效果较好 ,AN用量高时 ,用ND -4 2固化效果较好。 Both MMA and AN were grafted with hydroxyl-terminated PDMS in the presence of peroxide, and the IR spectra of the polymer and the effect of different cure systems on the mechanical properties were researched. It was indicated that the mechanical properties were dramatically improved. The effect of using KH-550 or KH-560 as curing agent was better when the content of AN was low, the effect of ND-42 was better when the content of AN was high.
