基质诱导培养蜡蚧轮枝菌蓟马防控菌株的胞外酶活性及毒力变化 被引量:3

Changes on Ectoenzyme Activities and Virulence Against Thrips Induced by Stroma Cultivation of Lecanicillium lecanii

摘要 测定比较蜡蚧轮枝菌V07、V16063、V3450和Vp28等4株蓟马防控菌株在基质诱导培养前后的胞外酶活性及毒力变化。结果表明:基质诱导培养后供试菌株的胞外酶活性均有不同幅度的提高,蛋白酶活性提高幅度次序为V3450>V16063>V07>Vp28,几丁质酶活性提高幅度次序为Vp28>V07>V3450>V16063,但这种提高不会最终改变他们胞外酶活性的高低次序;基质诱导培养后供试菌株对榕母管蓟马成虫的毒力也均有明显提升,提升幅度次序为V16063>V3450>V07>Vp28,但不同菌株间毒力的高低次序也不会因基质诱导培养而改变。可见,基质诱导培养虽可不同幅度地提高蓟马防控菌株的孢外酶活性及毒力,但不会改变不同菌株间孢外酶活性及毒力的高低次序。 Changes on the ectoenzyme activities and virulence against thrips induced by the stroma cultivation of 4 Lecanicillium lecanii, inclucing V07, V16063, V3450 and Vp28 strains, were examined. The results showed that the ectoenzyme activities were increased in varying degrees among the strains. The protease activities of the 4 strains were V3450〉V16063〉V07〉Vp28, while those of chitinase were Vp28〉V07〉V3450〉V16063. But the increases did not alter the relative order of the ectoenzyme activities of the 4 strains. The virulence against adult G. ficorum of L. lecanii was also significantly increased by the treatment, with an order of V16063〉V3450〉V07〉Vp28. Again, the increases did not change the relative order of the strength of the virulence of L. lecanii either. It was concluded that the induction culture media could affect both ectoenzyme activities and virulence, but not the relative order of the 4 strains of L. lecanii.
