温度与光照对新蚜虫疠霉产孢格局的影响 被引量:15

Influence of Temperature and Light on the Spore Production of the Entomophthoralean Fungus Pandora neoaphidis Humber

摘要 在不同的温度与光照组合条件下对新蚜虫疠霉(Pandora neoaphidis Humber)产孢格局进行了研究.结果表明,在10~25℃下新蚜虫疠霉均可产孢,但以15℃最适,不仅产孢量大,而且不受光照的影响;在25℃下虽然产孢,但产孢量大幅减少,30℃下则不产孢,25℃可能是新蚜虫疠霉产孢的高温极限;适温范围内新蚜虫疠霉的产孢高峰及最大产孢速率的出现随温度的上升而提前;全光照各温度处理的产孢量总是比全黑暗相应温度处理的产孢量高;在10℃和全光照的组合中,累积产孢量最高,而相同温度与全黑暗处理的产孢量却只有光照下的10%左右. The spore production of entomophthoralean fungus,Pandora neoaphidis Humber was investigated in different combinations of temperature (10~30℃) and light (L/D=24/0,0/24). The results showed that the fungus can produce spores at 10~25℃ and best at 15℃,at which not only the spore production was abundant but not affected by light duration. Sporulation rate of the fungus may be accelerated by enhanced temperature.Regardless of light,spore production greatly reduced at 25℃ and no sporulation was observed at 30℃,indicating that 25℃ might be a maximal temperature tolerable for sporulation of P. neoaphidis.At 10℃,20℃ and 25℃,the cumulative numbers of primary conidia produced per square millimeter at L/D=24/0 were significantly higher than those observed at L/D=0/24,suggesting that the light was a stimulus to sporulation of the fungus.Moreover,spore production was most abundant and lasting at 10℃ in light,but in dark the abundance was only 10% of that in light.This indicates that the light is the key factor affecting the sporulation of P. neoaphidis at low temperature.In a word,temperature and light primarily affect the rate and the abundance of P. neoaphidis spore production respectively.
