摘要
目前高职院校贫困生资助工作侧重于经济资助,不利于贫困生成人成材。在积极心理学视角下,从发掘他们积极心理品质出发,将贫困生经济资助与心理资助、学业资助及就业资助相结合,做到经济资助精准到位、心理资助形成体系、学业资助重在引导、就业资助搭建平台,逐步形成经济资助、心理帮扶、学业引导、就业搭桥"四位一体"的、系统化的贫困生资助育人体系,以利于贫困生全面发展。
At present, vocational colleges' aid work for impoverished students focuses on financial aid, not conducive to the grow-up of poor students. From the perspective of positive psychology, starting from exploring their positive psychological quality, the paper combines economic aid and psychological aid, academic support and employment subsidies for the poor students, gradually forming a four-in-one poor students funding education system: financial aid, psychological assistance, learning guidance, employment instruction to help poor students develop in an all-round way.
