摘要
目的建立宜宾地区健康儿童血清胱抑素C的参考区间。方法收集宜宾地区儿童健康体检者1 163例,年龄范围2d至12岁,其中男616例,女547例。按年龄分为5个组,采集空腹静脉血液后离心,用增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清胱抑素C浓度。以正态分布法建立各年龄阶段血清胱抑素C参考区间。结果同年龄组男女血清胱抑素C差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,学龄前（3~6岁）组与学龄（7~12岁）组儿童血清胱抑素C差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。1岁以内儿童血清胱抑素C随月龄增长呈下降趋势（Y=1.46-0.047 X,r=-0.947）。新生儿组（〈29d）、婴儿组（29d至〈1岁）、幼儿组（1~2岁）、≥3岁的儿童血清胱抑素C参考区间分别为1.18~2.28,0.61~1.79,0.52~1.22,0.44~1.10mg/L。结论建立了宜宾地区健康汉族儿童血清胱抑素C参考区间,对早期评判肾脏功能损伤具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the reference intervals for serum cystatin C （Cys C） in healthy children in Yibin area. Methods A total of 1 163 healthy children （616 boys and 547 girls） aged from 2 d to 12 years old were enrolled and divided into 5 groups according to the age. The fasting venous blood specimens were collected and centri- fuged. Then serum Cys C level was measured by using the enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay. The reference inter- vals for various age groups were established by using the normal distribution methods. Results The serum Cys C level had no statistical difference between boys and girls in the same age group （P〉0.05）. The serum Cys C level had no difference between the 3-6 years old group and the 7-12 years old group （P〉0.05）. The serum Cys C level in children within 1 year old showed the downtrend with the month old increase（Y=1. 46-0. 047X, r=-0. 947）. Thereference intervals for the groups of 〈29 d old, 29 d-〈1 year old, 1-2 years old and ≥3 years old were 1.18-2.28,0.61-1.79,0.52-1.22,0.44-1.10 mg/L respectively. Conclusion The reference intervals for serum Cys C among healthy Han children in Yibin area is established,which has an important significance for early evalua ting the renal function damage.
