摘要
目的调查西安市儿童血清胱抑素C(Cys C)浓度的参考范围。方法应用微粒子增强透射免疫比浊法测定300例健康受检者血清Cys C浓度;并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 300例健康儿童的血清胱抑素浓度与性别无关。0～1岁年龄段血清Cys C的浓度为0.46～1.10mg/L(95%可信区间),1～16岁年龄段血清CysC的浓度为0.58～1.94mg/L(95%可信区间)。西安地区健康儿童血清Cys C 0～1岁的参考范围是0.46～1.10mg/L;1～16岁Cys C的参考范围是0.58～1.94mg/L。结论各实验有必要建立自己的参考范围。
Objective To investigate the medical reference range of serum cystatin C concentration of children in Xi＇an city. Methods By using microparticle enhanced transmitted immunoturbidimetry assay,300 health examination children were detected serum cystatin C concentration,and the test result was statistically analyzed. Results In the 300 health children, the serum cystatin C concentration wasnrt related to gender. The serum cystatin C concentration in the 0-1 years old and the 1-16 years old children was 0.46-1.1 mg/L,0. 58-1. 94 mg/L（95%CI）,respectively. Conclusion The medical reference range of serum cystatin C concentration in Xi＇an children was 0.46- 1. 1 mg/L for 0-1 years old children,0.58-1.94 mg/L for 1-16 years old children. Various laboratory need to establish its own medical reference range.
