摘要
目的:调查开封市中心医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的使用情况,提醒临床医师合理使用中药注射剂并呼吁相关方加强中药注射剂管理。方法:对我院2013—2014年住院患者使用中药注射剂的使用品种、销售金额、不合理用药案例等数据进行统计分析。结果:住院患者中使用中药注射剂进行治疗的比率约为53.56%(26 027/48 592),不合理使用比率为22.26%(5 793/26 027),中药注射剂不合理使用适应证、联合用药、用法与用量不合理比率分别是59.00%、26.38%和5.68%。结论:我院应加强对中药注射剂使用的管理,针对不合理用药应采取干预措施,使临床用药更加规范。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in inpatients of Kaifeng Central Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,so as to remind the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinists and appeal to the related department to strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine injections. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of traditional Chinese medicine injections in terms of the categories,consumption sum and cases of irrational drug use in inpatients during 2013-2014.RESULTS： Of the inpatients, the ratio of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine injections was 53. 56%（ 26 027 /48 592）,the ratio of irrational drug use was 22. 26%（ 5 793 /26 027）; and the ratio of no indications,uncongenial drug combination and irrational usage and dosage were respectively 59. 00%,26. 38% and 5. 68%.CONCLUSIONS： The management of traditional Chinese medicine injections should be strengthened,and intervention are suppose to adopted to deal with the irrational drug use problems,so as to regulate the clinical medication.
