摘要
目的:了解中药注射剂在临床上的使用情况,为其合理应用提供参考。方法:对我院2009年中药注射剂的用药频度、用药金额、日均费用、药物利用指数等统计数据进行分析。结果:2009年我院中药注射剂的用药品种占全部药品品种的1.6%,用药金额占全部药品用药金额的10.4%。用药频度和用药金额排序基本同步,心脑血管类中药注射剂在临床使用中占主导地位。结论:中药注射剂在我院应用广泛,心脑血管类应用尤为突出,临床使用较合理。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of TCM injection in the clinic in order to provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS： The utilization of TCM injection in our hospital in 2009 was analyzed in respect of DDDs, consumption sum, DDC and DUI. RESULTS： The number of varieties of TCM injection in our hospital in 2009 was 1.6% of all categories, and the consumption sum of TCM injection was 10.4% of all categories. The list of consumption sum and DDDs were almost synchrony. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular TCM injection took up the dominant place in the clinic. CONCLUSION： TCM injection is widely used in our hospital, especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular preparation. The application of TCM injection is reasonable relatively.
