摘要
目的:分析昆山市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")抗肿瘤药的使用情况,为该类药的合理使用提供参考。方法:采用销售金额排序法和用药频度分析法,对我院2011—2013年抗肿瘤药使用情况进行统计分析。结果:抗肿瘤药的销售金额呈逐年增长趋势;销售金额居前3位的药物分别是中药、抗代谢药和其他类抗肿瘤药;用药频度居前3位的药品分别是托瑞米芬、他莫昔芬和阿那曲唑。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的使用情况基本符合肿瘤治疗原则,趋向于选择疗效更高、毒副作用更小的抗肿瘤药。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the application of antitumor drugs in the First People＇s Hospital of Kunshan（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS：Consumption ranking method and defined daily dose system（ DDDs） analysis method were adopted to analyze the application of antitumor drugs during 2011-2013. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antitumor drugs was in a increase trend,the top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively traditional Chinese medicine,antimetabolite and the other kinds of antitumor drugs; the top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively toremifene,tamoxifen and anastrozole. CONCLUSIONS： The application of antitumor drugs in our hospital are basically corresponded with principle of the tumor chemotherapy,and antitumor drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity are more likely to be applied and selected.
