摘要
吉西他滨已在30多个国家和地区获准用于胰腺癌治疗,在改善临床症状、提高患者生活质量和延长生存期等方面,疗效显著,但其在胰腺癌治疗中的用药方案、给药途径及疗效评价尚需进一步明确。
