摘要
目的分析肝病治疗药物的应用现状和发展趋势,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用销售金额排序法和用药频度分析法对我院2001年～2003年肝病药物的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果在肝病的治疗药物中,护肝药物的销售金额及用药频度均位居前列,其中促肝细胞生长素(威佳)用量最大。结论在肝病的药物治疗中,护肝药物仍是应用广泛的重要药物,复方甘草酸苷(美能)的应用呈日益增长的趋势。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the current situation and the trend of application of the drugs for hepatosis,so as to provide the information for rational clinical use of these kinds of drugs.METHODS:By using the methods of the order of selling amount of money and DDDs, the main drugs for hepatosis used in our hospital during the period 2001～2003 were analyzed.RESULTS:The selling amount of money and DDDs of liver-protected drugs stood in the front line, and the consumption of hepatocyte growth-promoting factor was the highest. CONCLUSION: Of the drugs for hepatosis, liver-protected drugs are still important and widely used, and compound glycyrrhizin(stronger neo-minophagen C) has become more and more popularized with the time.
